1. Introduction
Welcome to Bighive Global Digital Solutions Consultancy I.T. Services (“Bighive Global,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By visiting our website, engaging our services, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or website.
All services provided by Bighive Global are digital in nature, including consulting, integration, SaaS development, and digital transformation solutions.
2. Digital Service Agreement
All projects, consultations, and subscriptions are digitally delivered.
Once digital access, consultation, or materials are provided, the service is considered rendered and complete.
3. Payments
Payments made through represent the client’s full authorization and electronic signature.
Once payment is verified:

Work begins immediately.

All related invoices and digital proofs of delivery become binding.
4. Service Delivery and Acceptance
Delivery may occur through email, client portal, or secure access link.
Upon delivery confirmation, system logs, or OTP validation, the service is marked as complete.
Clients have two (2) calendar days from delivery to raise concerns or submit issues.
Lack of written notice within this period constitutes acceptance of service.
5. Non-Refundable Digital Services
Because all services are digital and customized, payments are final and non-refundable once:

Access, consultation, or development has started; or
-
Digital materials or credentials have been shared; or
-
Services have been delivered in full or in part.
Exceptions are only made for verified unauthorized transactions or proven technical errors, subject to internal investigation.
6. Dispute and Resolution
Before filing any external dispute or chargeback, clients must first contact billing@bighiveglobalsolutions.com and allow two (2) business days for resolution.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without prior written notice are considered a breach of agreement and may incur recovery fees.
7. Confidentiality
All data, materials, and communications between Bighive Global and the client are confidential.
We will not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law, for payment processor procedures, or fraud prevention.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines under the classification of Digital Consultancy and SaaS Services (IT Solutions & Integration).
9. Final Acknowledgment
By submitting payment or engaging our services, you confirm that:

You understand this is a digital consulting and IT service.

You authorize immediate commencement upon payment.

You have two (2) days from delivery to report issues.

You agree payments are final once delivered.

You will contact us for resolution before any external dispute.
